Pride HP Light 12

The Pride HP Light 12 is a high-performance 12-inch subwoofer designed with a special focus on high efficiency and powerful bass reproduction. The design combines a powerful ferrite magnet driver with a high-temperature-resistant 2.8-inch copper voice coil, making it ideal for high-load applications in car audio systems.

For the HP-Light series, the driver’s cooling system has been redesigned to improve heat dissipation, particularly during extended music playback. At the same time, Pride has implemented a newly designed suspension system intended to deliver high efficiency across the widest possible bass range. The magnet system consists of two high-quality ferrite rings and, together with the robust steel basket construction, forms the foundation of the subwoofer.

With a power handling capacity of 1,200 watts RMS and a linear cone excursion of 20 mm in one direction, the HP Light 12 offers ample headroom for performance-oriented car audio systems. The dual voice coil with 1.8 + 1.8 ohms also allows for various wiring configurations to adapt to high-power monoblock amplifiers.
