Pride Sapphire 10

The Pride Sapphire 10 is a high-performance 25 cm (10") subwoofer from the Sapphire series, designed for high efficiency and powerful bass reproduction. With a power handling capacity of 900 watts RMS, this compact 10-inch woofer offers considerable power headroom, making it ideal for performance-oriented car audio and SPL systems that require high sound pressure levels despite limited space.

In the Sapphire series, special attention was paid to efficiency in the bass range. The redesigned suspension system ensures high mechanical control and efficient conversion of the amplifier power supplied. At the same time, the subwoofer features a modified cooling system that improves heat dissipation from the voice coil, particularly under sustained high loads.

The driver features a powerful magnet system with two high-quality ferrite rings. The high-temperature-resistant copper voice coil has a diameter of 2.6 inches and, together with the sturdy steel basket construction, provides high electrical and mechanical durability.

With a linear cone excursion of 18 mm in one direction (Xmax at 50% BL), the Sapphire 10 also offers sufficient excursion reserve for powerful low-frequency reproduction. Thanks to its comparatively compact installation depth of just 142 mm, the subwoofer can also be used in installations where space is limited.
