Wiring wizard & port computer
Wiring wizard & port computer
Use our wiring wizard for simple wiring of speakers and subwoofers! The correct connection is important for your amplifier! Low-impedance operation can damage the amplifier! The data sheet shows you which connection the respective amplifier is designed for!
Our port calculator shows you which tuning your enclosure has! The net volume is always particularly important here; calculate the pure chamber of the subwoofer beforehand to arrive at the correct result. The net volume is calculated minus all displacements and is important when designing the enclosure.
The SPL LAB Mini Bass Meter is a compact, standalone measuring device for precisely determining the sound pressure level (SPL) and simultaneously monitoring the vehicle’s voltage. It was developed specifically for car audio applications and is ideal for measuring high-performance subwoofer systems as well as for preparing for SPL competitions.
A unique feature is the simultaneous measurement of sound pressure and on-board voltage. This makes it possible to determine what voltage was present at the moment the highest sound pressure level was measured. In addition, the maximum and minimum voltage values, as well as the frequency at which the sound pressure peaked, can be determined.
The Mini Bass Meter operates completely independently of a computer and is ready to use right away. Power is supplied via the vehicle’s 12-V cigarette lighter socket. Thanks to its compact design, easy-to-read digital display, and simple three-button operation, the device is also suitable for taking measurements directly in the vehicle. No additional calibration by the user is required.
