DLS Reference RCS25

The DLS Reference RCS25 is a high-quality 25-mm silk dome tweeter designed for high-end car audio systems at the reference level. It is ideal as an upgrade for factory speakers, existing front speaker systems, or custom 2- and 3-way setups. With its open, detailed, and natural sound reproduction, it integrates seamlessly into carefully tuned installations.

The lightweight, internally damped silk dome diaphragm delivers fine detail resolution while maintaining a relaxed and smooth sound character. It produces clarity and presence without forcing the sound intrusively into the foreground—ideal for long listening sessions. A compact neodymium driver with a copper short-circuit ring reduces distortion and keeps the tweeter under control even during dynamic passages.

Behind the dome is a vented acoustic chamber with aperiodic damping, which ensures clean response in the lower treble range and thus enables a natural integration with the rest of the system’s speakers. The included high-pass filters feature carefully selected components and level adjustment, providing installers with a solid foundation for balanced, refined high-frequency reproduction under real-world vehicle conditions.
