The DLS Reference RSW10.D2 is a high-quality 25 cm (10") subwoofer from the Reference Series, designed for discerning car audio enthusiasts. It is particularly well-suited for installation in small sealed enclosures and delivers impressively musical and detailed bass reproduction. With a power handling capacity of 500 W RMS and 1,000 W peak power, it offers ample headroom for powerful deep bass.
At the heart of the RSW10.D2 is a black anodized aluminum cone mounted in a die-cast aluminum basket with full ventilation. The driver consists of a double-stacked premium ferrite magnet system (2x 40 oz), which ensures a perfect balance between power and control. A highly conductive aluminum short-circuit ring reduces inductance and distortion, enabling exceptionally detailed sub-bass reproduction.
The dual voice coils, each with an impedance of 2 ohms, are constructed from four-strand copper wire mounted on a non-magnetic 51 mm (2") TIL voice coil former and deliver exceptional musicality. The flexible 2+2-ohm impedance configuration allows for optimal adaptation to various amplifier setups. Sturdy push terminals for large speaker cables ensure reliable, low-loss signal transmission.
