Wiring wizard & port computer

Use our wiring wizard for simple wiring of speakers and subwoofers! The correct connection is important for your amplifier! Low-impedance operation can damage the amplifier! The data sheet shows you which connection the respective amplifier is designed for!

Our port calculator shows you which tuning your enclosure has! The net volume is always particularly important here; calculate the pure chamber of the subwoofer beforehand to arrive at the correct result. The net volume is calculated minus all displacements and is important when designing the enclosure.

The MT Audio bass-reflex enclosure for an 8" (20 cm) subwoofer combines a sturdy construction with a high-performance bass-reflex tuning. Thanks to the generously sized slot port and a tuning frequency of 36 Hz, the enclosure delivers powerful, dynamic, and deep bass reproduction.

The construction, made of solid 19-mm MDF, ensures high stability and reduces unwanted cabinet resonance. With a net volume of 32 liters, the cabinet provides a solid foundation for numerous 20-cm subwoofers from various manufacturers.

The integrated Slotport supports efficient low-frequency reproduction, while the quick-release connector terminal allows for easy connection to the amplifier. This makes it possible to quickly disconnect the enclosure from the audio system and remove it from the vehicle when necessary.

Whether it's hip-hop, electronic music, rock, or other genres—the MT Audio bass-reflex enclosure provides a versatile foundation for a high-performance car audio system.
