So that your subwoofer can be placed securely and stably in your trunk, you need a suitable empty housing. Your subwoofer should have a firm hold in it. We know from over 13 years of practical experience what is important when it comes to empty subwoofer enclosures - that's why we manufacture almost all the enclosures in our store ourselves and hardly offer you any enclosures from other manufacturers. In our workshops, we manufacture the sturdy empty enclosures for a rich bass, which then end up in your trunk or spare wheel well. Want to buy a subwoofer enclosure online? What is important for an empty enclosure for subwoofers?

If you want to buy a spare subwoofer enclosure, stability is one of the most important criteria. Your subwoofer must be placed securely in the empty enclosure. Our products have a 20 mm MDF enclosure, which ensures proper stability. The functionality of the model of your choice must not be neglected either. The empty subwoofer enclosures from MT Audio offer you various connection terminals for quick connection. The large slot port ensures optimum bass reproduction and perfect tuning. The enclosure can handle the full power of your subwoofer and ensures a really good sound right down to the lowest tones. The bass reflex empty enclosures from MT Audio have a powerful felt-covered enclosure that not only ensures excellent sound, but also impresses with its design.

As you can see, we cover a wide range of sizes from 6.5", 10", 12" and even 15", so you should be able to find the right enclosure for the dimensions of your subwoofer. If not, please send us an e-mail or give us a call: We will be happy to advise you personally and are sure to find a suitable solution for you. On request, we can usually also make special designs or customizations in our workshops.

Frequently asked questions about our bass reflex enclosures

What is the difference between bass reflex and closed enclosures?

At MT Audio, we only offer bass reflex enclosures. They differ from closed subwoofer enclosures due to their large opening. Due to their specific design, they have a high bass response and also produce very little distortion. They require more space, but offer the best sound in everyday use and are therefore our favorite.

What can I do if I don't know how to connect my speakers and subwoofers?

Have you found a suitable empty subwoofer enclosure and don't know how to wire your devices together? MT Audio offers you a practical service in this regard: our wiring assistant helps you to wire your speakers and amplifier correctly. This prevents damage to your devices - feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

I'm not sure which housing I need: Does MT Audio also offer advice?

We don't just see ourselves as pure salespeople, but would also like to advise you. We are passionate about car audio equipment: Feel free to contact us with your questions by email or phone. This also applies if your car is already equipped and you have questions about tuning.

How does the shipping of a subwoofer enclosure work at MT Audio?

At MT Audio, we offer fast shipping times: Our customers' orders leave our warehouse every day. If an item is available, it will be shipped promptly so that it reaches you as quickly as possible. We use high-quality packaging to ensure that the products are not damaged. Depending on the weight of your shipment, it will be sent with DHL or GLS.
