The Rockford Fosgate M2D4/D2-12SB is a high-performance 30 cm (12") marine subwoofer from the M2 series, designed specifically for use on boats and in demanding environments. Thanks to its rugged Element Ready™ construction, water-resistant materials, and UV-protected components, it delivers reliable and powerful bass reproduction even under challenging conditions.

The built-in Color Optix™ RGB LED lighting enables custom lighting effects that can be controlled via the RF Connect app when paired with a compatible Rockford Fosgate Color Optix™ controller. Built-in Deutsch™ and Amphenol™ connectors simplify installation.

With VersaSwitch™ technology, the impedance can be easily adjusted using a switch without having to manually rewire the voice coils. VAST technology increases the effective radiating area of the diaphragm by up to 25% and delivers powerful bass reproduction.

The subwoofer was specifically designed for compact, sealed enclosures. The mineral-reinforced polypropylene cone, the UV-resistant foam surround, and the high-temperature-resistant voice coil former ensure high power handling. Two different protective grilles also allow for a customized visual design.
