The STEG SG650WF is a high-quality, 16.5 cm high-end mid-woofer designed specifically for sophisticated car audio systems with the highest sound quality standards. Thanks to its sophisticated design, carefully selected materials, and precise craftsmanship, the speaker delivers dynamic, detailed, and controlled music reproduction.
The specially developed fiber cone ensures balanced sound reproduction with precise bass and natural mids. The sturdy, vented die-cast aluminum basket provides a torsionally rigid construction and supports optimal heat dissipation. In addition, the SG650WF features a generously sized 35 mm voice coil, twisted pole plates, and a vented pole piece and air gap.
With its low impedance of 2 ohms, the low-midrange driver is particularly well-suited for high-power car audio amplifiers and high-quality active systems. The low resonance frequency of 45.1 Hz enables powerful yet precise reproduction in the bass and fundamental frequency ranges.
