Wiring wizard & port computer

Use our wiring wizard for simple wiring of speakers and subwoofers! The correct connection is important for your amplifier! Low-impedance operation can damage the amplifier! The data sheet shows you which connection the respective amplifier is designed for!

Our port calculator shows you which tuning your enclosure has! The net volume is always particularly important here; calculate the pure chamber of the subwoofer beforehand to arrive at the correct result. The net volume is calculated minus all displacements and is important when designing the enclosure.

The Pride ONYX 12 is a high-performance 12-inch subwoofer from the ONYX series, designed for high efficiency and powerful bass reproduction. With a power handling capacity of 600 watts RMS, this subwoofer is ideal for performance-oriented car audio systems that require powerful, dynamic bass.

For the ONYX 12, Pride uses a 2-inch high-temperature copper voice coil combined with a powerful ferrite magnet system. The redesigned cooling system helps dissipate heat from the voice coil even during prolonged use. At the same time, the suspension has been tuned for high efficiency across the widest possible bass range.

The magnet system features high-quality ferrite rings and is designed to prevent the magnet rings from shifting. With its steel basket, a moving diaphragm area of 507 cm², and a linear excursion of up to 16 mm in one direction, the ONYX 12 provides a solid foundation for powerful and controlled bass reproduction.
