The DLS Cruise CR8.D2 is a 200 mm (8") subwoofer designed to deliver natural, musical bass with high control and detail. It is ideal as the bass foundation for high-end car audio systems where precision and sound fidelity are paramount. Rather than focusing on sheer volume, this subwoofer emphasizes carefully tuned vibration characteristics that complement the music rather than overpower it.

Inside, a double-stacked ferrite magnet system (2 × 22.5 oz) provides the necessary driving force for the Kevlar composite diaphragm. The voice coil consists of four layers of copper wire on a Kapton® carrier and ensures thermal stability and consistent response. A polypropylene dust cap and a die-cast aluminum basket round out the high-quality construction.

The CR8.D2 is optimized for small to medium-sized enclosures and, with a dual voice coil (2 + 2 ohms), offers flexible connection options for standard monoblock amplifiers. With a power handling capacity of 250 W RMS, it delivers controlled, deep bass starting at 25 Hz. The package includes a matching Cruise protective grille, which provides both visual and mechanical protection for the subwoofer when installed in plain view.
