Wiring wizard & port computer

Use our wiring wizard for simple wiring of speakers and subwoofers! The correct connection is important for your amplifier! Low-impedance operation can damage the amplifier! The data sheet shows you which connection the respective amplifier is designed for!

Our port calculator shows you which tuning your enclosure has! The net volume is always particularly important here; calculate the pure chamber of the subwoofer beforehand to arrive at the correct result. The net volume is calculated minus all displacements and is important when designing the enclosure.

The DLS Cruise CRPP-BMW1.82 is an audiophile 20 cm (8") component subwoofer designed specifically as a plug-and-play upgrade for BMW and Mini vehicles. It replaces the original under-seat subwoofer and delivers a significantly more natural, musical sound than the stock speakers. Thanks to its vehicle-specific fit, it can be easily mounted under the seat—detailed installation instructions are included.

In terms of sound quality, the CRPP-BMW1.82 features a fiberglass-laminated cone that ensures precise, low-distortion bass reproduction. The optimized moving parts minimize distortion, while an oversized, high-performance magnet ensures controlled drive. The 2-inch voice coil made of CCAW wire guarantees efficient signal conversion and high power handling.

With an impedance of 2 ohms and a sensitivity of 86 dB, the subwoofer operates particularly efficiently and delivers impressive sound quality even at moderate amplifier power levels. The basket is made of glass-fiber-reinforced ABS plastic, which ensures stability while keeping the weight low. A hexagonal Free-Flow protective grille reliably protects the cone without impeding airflow.
