The DLS Cruise CRPP-MB3 is a vehicle-specific speaker designed as a direct replacement for the original speakers in the Mercedes W907/W910 models manufactured in 2018 or later. It is part of DLS’s Cruise series, which is specifically designed for seamless integration into the original vehicle. The goal: a significantly improved sound experience compared to the stock audio system, without the need for extensive modifications.
In terms of sound quality, the CRPP-MB3 features a 3-inch woofer with a glass-fiber-reinforced cone, which ensures precise, low-distortion playback. The optimized moving parts contribute to a low total harmonic distortion, while the high sensitivity of 90 dB ensures that an impressive sound level is achieved even with low amplifier power. The frequency range of 120 to 20,000 Hz enables musical and natural sound reproduction across a wide spectrum.
The speaker is powered by a neodymium magnet system that delivers high magnetic force despite its compact design. The reinforced ABS basket ensures a stable, low-resonance base. Compatibility with the vehicle’s audio and eCall functions is fully maintained, ensuring there are no restrictions on safety-related systems.
Installation is particularly easy thanks to the vehicle-specific fit. The package includes a lever tool, other installation accessories, and detailed installation instructions, so you can easily replace the original speakers even without visiting a professional repair shop.
