The DLS Cruise CRSB-16MB1 is a vehicle-specific enclosure subwoofer designed specifically for under-seat installation in the Mercedes-Benz Vito (W447, 2015 and later) and the EQV (2020 and later). Thanks to its custom fit, it blends discreetly under the seat and preserves the vehicle’s full cargo space. The result is a noticeable improvement in bass reproduction without visually or practically restricting the interior.
Inside the carefully tuned bass-reflex enclosure is a 6.5-inch woofer from the DLS Cruise series. The voice coil consists of four layers of copper wire on a Kapton carrier and is driven by a double-stacked ferrite magnet system. This combination ensures low-distortion, fast bass reproduction with a frequency range of 25 to 400 Hz.
In terms of sound, the CRSB-16MB1 delivers warm, controlled, and textured bass that integrates seamlessly into the existing factory system. Instead of an intrusive rumble, it provides a natural low-frequency complement that enriches the music with palpable depth and precision. The 180 W RMS power handling capacity provides ample power reserves for a dynamic listening experience.
The rugged housing is designed for durability and features a protective hexagonal metal grille that shields the driver from mechanical impacts. The understated finish is modeled after the OEM look and blends unobtrusively into the vehicle's interior.
