The DLS Cruise CRSB-16VW1 is a vehicle-specific enclosure subwoofer designed specifically for installation under the front seats of the Volkswagen Transporter T5, T6, and T6.1 (three-seater). Thanks to its custom design, it blends discreetly into the available space and delivers noticeable bass enhancement without visually or practically restricting the interior.
Inside the carefully tuned reflex enclosure is a 6.5-inch woofer from the DLS Cruise series. The combination of a double-stacked ferrite magnet and a four-layer copper voice coil on a Kapton carrier ensures precise, low-distortion bass reproduction. The frequency range of 25 to 400 Hz naturally complements the factory sound system with warm, controlled bass—without any intrusive rumbling.
The enclosure features a robust design and is equipped with a protective metal grille with a hexagonal pattern that reliably shields the driver from damage. The understated finish maintains a clean, factory-like appearance. With a power handling capacity of 180 W RMS and a maximum of 360 W, the CRSB-16VW1 offers sufficient power reserves for effective low-frequency reproduction in a van.
