The net volume is always particularly important here; calculate the pure chamber of the subwoofer beforehand to arrive at the correct result. The net volume is calculated minus all displacements and is important when designing the enclosure.

The DLS Performance Advantage PA4 is a 2-way coaxial speaker with a 100 mm (4") diameter, making it ideal for installation in compact spaces within a vehicle. It combines solid build quality with balanced sound reproduction and high installation flexibility—making it a compelling entry point into the world of high-quality car audio speakers.

The woofer features a polypropylene cone and a rubber surround, which ensure long-lasting, low-distortion sound reproduction. It is driven by a high-quality ferrite magnet system, which delivers controlled and precise bass reproduction. The speaker basket is made of steel with a special sand-finish coating, which ensures additional durability and low resonance.

A 13 mm (0.51") neodymium tweeter with a Mylar diaphragm is responsible for high-frequency reproduction; it is driven by an integrated 6-dB crossover. This combination enables clean and detailed sound reproduction all the way up into the upper frequency range.

The package includes protective grilles, speaker cables, and mounting accessories, ensuring a hassle-free installation. With an impedance of 3 ohms, the PA4 can be easily connected to standard car stereos and amplifiers.
