The DLS Performance Advantage PA5 is a 2-way coaxial speaker with a 13 cm (5.25") diameter, making it ideal for installation in vehicle doors or side panels. It is part of DLS’s Performance Advantage series and offers a solid entry-level solution for anyone looking to upgrade their factory sound system with high-quality audio technology.
The woofer features a polypropylene cone and a rubber surround, which ensure long-lasting, low-distortion sound reproduction. It is driven by a high-quality ferrite magnet system that guarantees reliable and powerful bass reproduction. The frequency range extends from 75 Hz to 25,000 Hz, covering a wide sound spectrum.
A 13 mm (0.51") neodymium tweeter with a Mylar diaphragm handles the high-frequency reproduction and is connected via an integrated 6-dB crossover. This combination ensures detailed and balanced sound reproduction across the entire frequency range. The sand-coated steel basket provides the speaker with additional stability and durability.
The package includes protective grilles, speaker cables, and mounting accessories, making installation a breeze. With an impedance of 3 ohms and a sensitivity of 88 dB, the PA5 can be easily connected to a variety of car stereos and amplifiers.
