The DLS Performance Evolution PE1.1000 is a Class D mono amplifier designed specifically to drive subwoofers in car audio systems. With an RMS power output of up to 1,000 W into 1 ohm, it delivers controlled, musical power for precise and tight bass reproduction. The amplifier integrates seamlessly into the rest of the system and ensures a harmonious overall sound.
In terms of sound, the PE1.1000 is tuned for natural and balanced reproduction. Details are clearly resolved without sounding harsh, and the dynamics remain present without sounding aggressive. The result is an open, relaxed bass that remains pleasant even during extended listening sessions. The signal-to-noise ratio of over 95 dB and a total harmonic distortion of less than 0.1% at 4 ohms underscore the sound quality.
For integration into modern vehicles, the amplifier offers both low-level and high-level inputs with an automatic power-on function (Auto Turn On). The Smart Load Circuitry enables seamless integration with most factory audio systems. EMI-optimized circuit boards help minimize interference and preserve signal integrity.
Extensive adjustment options allow for precise adaptation to the specific installation: An adjustable low-pass filter (40–250 Hz), an adjustable subsonic filter (15–40 Hz), and a bass EQ at 45 Hz with up to +12 dB boost offer flexible tuning options.
