The DLS Performance Evolution PE4.150 is a compact, Class D, 4-channel amplifier designed to drive full-range speaker systems and active setups. As part of the DLS Performance Evolution amplifier series, it embodies a design philosophy that prioritizes sound quality, control, and practicality.
Sonically, the PE4.150 is designed to deliver a natural, warm sound. Details are clearly resolved without sounding harsh. The dynamics are present without sounding aggressive—the music remains open, balanced, and pleasant even during extended listening sessions. A total harmonic distortion of less than 0.05% at 4 ohms and a signal-to-noise ratio of over 95 dB (A-weighted) underscore the sonic qualities of this amplifier.
For integration into modern vehicles, the PE4.150 offers both low-level and high-level inputs. The Smart Load Circuitry and Auto-Turn-On function enable seamless integration with most factory audio systems. EMI-optimized circuit boards help minimize interference and preserve signal integrity. Adjustable high- and low-pass filters ranging from 50 to 250 Hz allow for flexible adaptation to different system configurations.
With dimensions of just 125 x 52.5 x 274 mm and a weight of only 1.8 kg, the PE4.150 is extremely compact and can be easily installed even in tight spaces. The recommended fuse rating is 80 A, and the maximum current draw is 59 A.
