Wiring wizard & port computer
Wiring wizard & port computer
Use our wiring wizard for simple wiring of speakers and subwoofers! The correct connection is important for your amplifier! Low-impedance operation can damage the amplifier! The data sheet shows you which connection the respective amplifier is designed for!
Our port calculator shows you which tuning your enclosure has! The net volume is always particularly important here; calculate the pure chamber of the subwoofer beforehand to arrive at the correct result. The net volume is calculated minus all displacements and is important when designing the enclosure.
The DLS Scandinavia 2-Way Passive Crossover is a high-quality passive crossover designed specifically for use with the DLS SCAND 165 and SCAND 30 speakers in a passive 2-way system. It ensures precise signal separation between the woofer/midrange driver and the tweeter, thereby delivering impressive sound quality in the vehicle.
A key feature of this crossover is the use of ribbon coils, which have a particularly low ESR (equivalent series resistance). This low resistance minimizes signal loss and contributes to exceptional transparency and detail in the sound. The crossover frequency is 4 kHz, with the low-pass filter operating at a slope of 6 dB and the high-pass filter at 12 dB.
The crossover features a tweeter level adjustment for flexible adaptation to different installation situations and personal sound preferences. This allows you to adjust the tweeter’s volume to achieve a balanced sound in your vehicle. Its compact dimensions make installation easy, even in tight spaces.
Features:
- Type: 2-way passive crossover
- Optimized for: DLS SCAND 165 / SCAND 30
