DLS Signature S2

The DLS Signature S2 is a high-quality, Class AB, 2-channel amplifier designed for demanding car audio applications. It is aimed at enthusiasts seeking uncompromising signal amplification with the highest fidelity and minimal distortion. With its extremely low total harmonic distortion and an outstanding signal-to-noise ratio of 116 dB (A-weighted), it ensures that only the music signal is audible—free from distracting background noise.

In terms of sound, the Signature S2 impresses with warm, clear reproduction and a solid, authoritative midbass. The usable frequency range extends from 10 to 50,000 Hz, covering far more than the audible spectrum. Each channel has been individually calibrated, and all components are synchronized with one another to ensure perfectly harmonious interaction. The damping factor of over 150 ensures precise control of the connected speakers.

When used in combination with a digital signal processor (DSP), the amplifier offers the option to bypass the entire preamp circuit. This allows a clean, unaltered signal to reach the power amplifier directly, without any loss of sound quality. An integrated high-pass filter with an adjustable range from 50 to 500 Hz also allows for flexible crossover adjustment.

The Signature S2’s cooling system is specifically designed for the amplifier and is supported by an internal fan.
